Jude's visitors

Jude had so many visitors while we were in the hospital. It was so sweet to be surrounded by our family and dearest friends during such a time of celebration. Norah kept saying that it was Jude's birthday party and a party it was! We absolutely loved every minute of these precious first few days of his life. We even had several friends bring us coffee and yummy food while we were in the hospital. We love you all and are so blessed by your thoughtfulness!! We have photos of several of our visitors but missed a few of you...we were just so excited to see you we forgot to get our camera out ;)

Jude came really fast but Grammy and Papa drove down in the middle of the night and made it to the hospital before Jude was born. The doctor came in and said you have some excited grandparents waiting outside your door!

Norah was one of Jude's first visitors. Can you tell that she is excited about her baby brother?

My parents made it down as soon as they could. They had a 6 hour drive and Jude just didn't give them enough warning :)

Ross' sister Amanda, our brother in law Chris, and our nephews Cole and Chase were in Springfield for the weekend so they were able to drive down to visit for a little bit on Sunday.

It was so good to see them!

Matt was also one of Jude's first visitors. He brought us coffee and bagels early in the morning. A bagel has never tasted so good in my life. I finally had room for food! Matt came back to visit with Ginny the next day. Sweet friends.

The boys, James, Ross, Jude, and Matt. James is missing his better half here :) Jude can't wait to meet you Kristi! Glad you're feeling better :)

Whitney just wanted to stay a few hours and hold Jude. It was so cute how she could have just snuggled him forever. Come over anytime Whitney!

Katie and Jude. Katie and Jason just had a baby boy 6 weeks ago so he'll be one of Jude's playmates soon.

The Sips, Nettles, Nika, Heather, Abigail, Mandy, Jordan, Jessie, Clark, and Michael also all came to visit. Thank you all for being there with us during such a special time!
