I love how she had her little hands folded in front of her. She was just sitting quietly in her high chair watching me clean up the kitchen. Of course I had to take a break to go over and kiss those cute little chubby cheeks. It's hard to get things done with her looking at me with those big blue eyes!

Norah's adventures

Norah has had a busy summer! Here is a summary of her adventures:

*She entertained lots of visitors the first few days of her life. Several very special people came in town including Grandma and Grandpa Roth, Aunt Emily, Grammy, Papa, Aunt Amanda, Uncle Chris, Grandma Lolo, Cole, McKenzie, Taryn, Nathan, and Brea.

*4 days old: stayed with Grandma while mommy and daddy went on a short date :)

*1 week: first trip to Church

*1 1/2 weeks: went to concert in the park with Nathan,Brea, daddy, and mommy.

*2 weeks: she went to her first party...a shower that my co-workers threw for her!

*3 weeks: shopping with Grammy and mommy

*4 weeks: celebrated Father's Day with her daddy. She loves her daddy and looks forward to lots of daddy/daughter dates in the future! Smiled for the first time...not from gas or drowsiness :)

*5-6 weeks: trips to Springfield and St. Louis. She went swimming for the first time, watched fireworks, went to a farm, and attended a few parties!

*7 weeks: trip to Kansas City. She got to hang out with mommy's college friends and she went to her first wedding and reception. She enjoyed the dancing!

*9 weeks: first trip on a boat. Loved it!

*10 weeks: first laugh while dancing with mommy in the kitchen

*12 weeks: rolled over from her tummy to her back

*She has gone on lots of walks with mommy and daddy.

*She has gotten to hang out with some of her buddies including Aubrey, Emily, Layla, Hudson, Zach, Lance, Beck, Emma Grace, Abby Faith, Daxton, Aislyn, Ethan, and Eric.

*She's made several trips to the Farmer's Market

She is a fun little girl! We look forward to many more fun adventures with her!

The Weekend

All ready for Michael, Joanna, and Beck's going away party. We planned on having a big backyard party, complete with badminton and washers, however it was pouring down rain during the entire party. Plan B: 50 people in our house! It was cozy, but so much fun!
The kids were party animals and all stayed up past their bedtimes :)
